Inkberry honey is a light to medium light in color. Has a mild to medium flavor with a light buttery taste. The Inkberry is Gall berry bush with blooms in May, is found mainly in the low flat lands of North Carolina, Georgia and Northern Florida. Ours come from Georgia.
