Sourwood is a popular honey produced in Eastern United States, particularly in the Southern Appalachians Mountains. Our Sourwood come from the high elevation of North Georgia. Sourwood is a extra light to light amber color, extremely aromatic. With a distinctive rich sweet honey flavor. (sweets, spice anise aroma)
When Sourwood is harvested it has a beautiful lavender hue that slowly darkens to a dusky straw color as it ages.
Do not feed honey to infants under 18 months of age. Please keep out of reach.
