We use locally harvested Kiefer and Orient pears. Crisp, sparkling pears and pure cane sugar are slowly cooked until a rich, amber hue is required. It's a classic homemade taste that you will be proud to have on your table. Use Pear Preserves as a spread on buttered biscuits, on cheese trays, or a glaze for pork and poultry.
